All such information is either displayed on the website, Facebook event page, or emailed to the customer prior to the trip, therefore it is essential the customer registers with a valid email address which they can readily check.
RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT INFORMATION
A person’s reservation on a trip is only confirmed once BOTH payment has been made and online registration has been completed. All sales are subject to a refund policy which is listed in the events’ description.
Fares are subject to change without notice, in the unlikely event this happens after you make a reservation, a full refund will be offered if you don’t want to pay the increased fare.

Enjoy Korea assumes no liability or responsibility for personal injury, loss, property damage, inconvenience, delay, expense arising from or caused by weather conditions, acts of God, war, accident, government restrictions or regulations, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems, issues with 3rd party companies or any other cause or condition beyond Enjoy Korea’s control.
Enjoy Korea reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or fails to comply with the rules, terms and conditions applicable to passengers on the tour. Any traveller removed from a trip will not receive a refund of any of the purchase price, nor receive financial assistance returning to their home city. If you witness disorderly conduct or suspect a problem with a fellow passenger please notify your Enjoy Korea tour guide.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
It is the traveller’s responsibility to arrive at the departure location on time. We accept no responsibility for missed departure or loss based on ignorance of the departure location or departure time. If you’re in any doubt you should research the departure location prior to the trip date.
While Enjoy Korea makes every effort to provide an on-time service, it does not guarantee its departure and arrival times, which may be delayed by any number of factors, including weather, traffic or road conditions, mechanical problems, issues with 3rd party companies, or any other factors beyond Enjoy Korea’s control. Enjoy Korea reserves the right to cancel or change any tour, advertised schedule or route without notice.
Enjoy Korea tours take place on coach buses, which are not equipped with on-board restrooms, however they make scheduled rest stop breaks. Seating on our buses are on a first-come, first-served basis. Buses are equipped with lap belts, it is Korean law that these should be worn at all time whilst on board. Korean law prohibits smoking on the bus. Every bus is equipped with a luggage compartment to store your bags, however the bus driver reserves the right not to carry your bag if your bag is unreasonably large meaning there is not enough space for other passengers bags. Luggage is stored at the owners risk.
ACCOMMODATION & FOOD
Our accommodation can be in a Hotel, Motel or Pension depending on the trip. Properties have been carefully chosen and are considered to offer suitable accommodation for the cost shown. However, Korean accomodation does differ from Western accommodation. Instead of beds, it is common to have a traditional Korean futon set (ondol set) which comprises of sleeping pad, comforter and pillow. We refer to this style as Traditional ondol bedding. Due to this differing level of comfort, we recommend travellers who are unaccustomed to this style of sleeping arrangement to bring their own pillow. Furthermore, it is common in Korean accomodation for one room to double as the lounge during the day, and the bedroom at night (this is simple to rearrange due to the nature of the ondol sets). In condos where there are multiple rooms, the main room may also double as a bedroom.
All our trip prices are based on shared accomodation. The number of occupants for each room is listed in the event description for each event. If your group doesn’t fill a room exactly you will room with other groups. Under occupancy supplements and private rooms may be available on request, please get in touch for more information. Quiet rooms and same gender rooms are available on request. You can request these room types and your roommates on the rooming form which is usually emailed a few weeks prior to the trip date. We can not guarantee any type of room allocation. The only way to guarantee a room type is to pay for a private room.
Unless otherwise stated our tours do not include any meals within the package. Breakfast is sometimes offered, if so, this will be clearly listed in the event description.
Many of the locations we visit are rural and therefore western food options may be limited. If you have any special dietary requirements it may be advisable to bring your own meals. Most of our accommodations have a basic kitchen, please enquire on a trip to trip basis.
Wifi may not be available and depending on the accommodation may not be available throughout the accommodation, and may be restricted to selected public areas. In the unlikely event any damage occurs to the accommodation albeit accidental or on purpose it will be charged to the occupants of the room. If the perpetrator can not specifically be identified, the cost will be divided between the rooms occupants. Enjoy Korea reserves the right to refuse return transportation until the bill is settled. In some instances we take a cash deposit for the rooms, the deposit is subject to the same terms as above.
SKI& SNOWBOARD TRIP SPECIFIC
It is the travelers’ responsibility to ensure they wear the proper attire for the activities in which they partake. Our ski clothes rental consist of a pair of Pants(trousers) and Jacket. These are of typical rental quality. We can not guarantee the size you request, nor that the color or design of the clothes will be to your personal taste. Gloves, goggles, hat etc are not included in the clothes rental package.
Helmets are not provided by Enjoy Korea, but we do highly recommend you wear a helmet. They should be available on request at the Ski Houses next to the rental equipment desks, usually for free. If this service is not available, they are available to rent from rental companies external to the resort.
The traveller is personally liable for the rental clothes, skis & boards if lost or damaged. Please remember to sign for your equipment when you return it. Return travel on Enjoy Korea buses may be refused until the cost is settled.
The ski lessons offered are provided from the resort. Enjoy Korea has no influence over the instructors abilities or English language competence. The lessons are booked entirely at your own risk.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend having adequate and valid travel insurance for each trip you take with us. We recommend you take out insurance as soon as your booking is confirmed. We have partnered with World Nomads to offer travel insurance, however it is your choice for whom you chose to take out cover with. Always read your policy wording to review your specific coverage and to make sure that the policy is right for you.
PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY, SOCIAL MEDIA
By attending the event you hereby consent to Enjoy Korea’s use of your voice, image or likeness in any video and/or audio-recorded program or photograph of the tour for social media or promotional purposes without compensation to you. If you prefer not to be in any trip photo or video, please inform Enjoy Korea prior to the event.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy differs depending on the event. The policy is clearly listed in the event description on both our website and the event’s Facebook page. If you need to cancel an event please get in touch via email or Facebook.
PRIVACY NOTICE
The personal data you submit when making a booking is used to provide you with the trip or event you reserve. This information may be shared with our partner hotels, bus companies, ferry companies, ski resort etc.
We will use the information provided to make contact and interact with you. We will email you trip itinerary & information, therefore it is essential you provide a valid email address when registering for an event. Enjoy Korea or it’s partners will in no way be held liable for any loss suffered by a customer failing to do so.
